Biography
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and an FNRS Postdoctoral Researcher at ULiège. I hold a Master’s degree in Geography (specializing in Climatology) and a PhD in Climatology from ULiège.
My research focuses on ice sheets and their role within the broader polar climate system in the context of a changing climate. Specifically, I investigate the interactions between ice dynamics, the atmosphere, and the ocean using coupled polar climate models. Additionally, I incorporate AI methods to account for these complex interactions in long-term climate projections.
